Dr. Puja Desai OD, FAAO

Dr. Puja Desai grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She studied Healthcare Administration at University of Illinois Chicago and went on to obtain her doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2012. She received clinical training during her Residency in Ocular Disease at the Jesse Brown & Edward Hines Jr. VA Medical Centers. She is trained in diagnosing and managing a myriad of ocular diseases, surgical co-management, and speciality contact lens fittings. Dr. Desai is fluent in Spanish, Hindi, and Gujarati. When she is not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and watching sports.
